Charis Katakis<\/h4>\n

Founder<\/h4>\n

Charis Katakis, Ph. D., has been a pioneer in the development and dissemination of Greek systemic thought, through her scholarly, educational and supervisory roles, her prolific writing and her publishing work. She is the founder of the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations (LSHR), which provides psychotherapy and counselling services to individuals, families, and couples, offers training courses and supervision to a wide range of professionals and organizations, conducts seminars, workshops and conferences, research and publishing work. Her theoretical and research activity led to the conception and development of the Integrative Model of Systemic Therapy, which constitutes the theoretical backdrop of all of LSHR’s training programs. She has founded and directed the popular publishing series HUMAN SYSTEMS, that includes her own seven books: The Three Identities of the Greek Family<\/em>, The Purple Liquid<\/em>, The Tame Serpent of God<\/em>, The Amulet<\/em>, With an Eraser and a Mirror<\/em>, With a Map and a Compass<\/em>, Diary of a Therapist<\/em>. She has held a leading role in many scientific associations and organizations in Greece and abroad (HELASYTH, EFTA, EAP, AAMFT, TAOS, OKANA, KETHEA, and others).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
