Era studied psychology and obtained a Master’s degree in clinical psychology. During that time, she trained as a systemic and family therapist at the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations, where she also completed her training as a Trainer in Systemic and Family Therapy.<\/p>\n
She has worked in various settings: At the Career Guidance and Counselling Centre of the American School “TASIS”; \u0391t PLEFSI, the intervention program of the Centre for the Treatment of Addiction (KETHEA) , where she engaged primarily with the parents of adolescents who occasionally or systematically use substances. She also worked for many years in the field of qualitative research.<\/p>\n
She currently works privately as a psychotherapist and family therapist in Marousi, with adults and adolescents, individually and in groups. She is an associate of the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations, as a trainer for mental health professionals since 2008, and as a therapist since 2009. She collaborates with preschools and schools, coordinates parent groups and writes articles for journals and magazines.<\/p>\n
She is also an author of children’s books. She has published four books through Kedros publishing house, encouraging children to look at the world in a new light.<\/p>\n
