Low-Cost Counselling Service

At the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations we offer a Low-Cost Counselling Program for the general public. It is a program of short duration, totalling 5 sessions that cost 10 Euros each. Sessions are conducted by trainee systemic therapists and counsellors who are in the final stages of their training. All trainees are under the supervision of an experienced supervisor and therapist.

At the end of the 5 sessions, those who wish to continue can consult the counselling and psychotherapy services of the Laboratory, or specialists outside LSHR. If necessary, they may be referred to specialist mental health units.

Our low-cost therapy programs include the following:

• Individual Sessions
• Group Psychotherapy or Counselling
• Family or Couples Sessions
• The implementation of specialist methods and techniques such as EMDR for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (FEP).
